SUCCESS IS A JOURNEY

It is important for this to be hammered again
and again into the mind and spirits of
Christians. Success is a process. It comes in
the process of time. It is very good to be
successful. Everyone wants to succeed. Even
an evil person wants to succeed in the evil he
does. But this “good success” God promised is
a journey. It is not a sudden arrival. When a
Christian understands that success is a
process, anxiety reduces. This is not to
encourage complacency. No, it is maturity.
As you are on this journey to success, there
are things that must be done so that your
waiting will not be in vain. God’s word is the
number one stabilising factor. It must not
depart from you if you must lay hold on this
good success. Meditation on this word is
another factor that enhances this good
success. For how long should this meditation
be? Always! Day and night. Another thing you
need do is to “observe to do” everything in
the word. Then you shall make your way to
prosperous, and have good success.

BE APPRECIATIVE
The bible says in Ephesians 4:10-12 “He that
descended is the same also that ascended up
far above all heavens…” and he gave some
apostles: and some prophets: and some
evangelists: and some pastors and teachers:
for the perfecting of the saints, for the work
of ministry, For the edifying of the body of
Christ.
God gives His gifts as He wills. So, whenever
you see grace in human form, celebrate it. If
you are appreciative you will never
depreciate. This is a Kingdom principle that is
rock-steady! Any time you celebrate whoever
heaven celebrates, you are signing into the
club of celebrities.
Learn to appreciate every little thing God
does for you. When you receive help from
people, learn to appreciate them no matter
how small the help may seem. This is
kingdom sense. Appreciate those who labour
over your leaders. When you learn to
appreciate people, your life will definitely
appreciate.

DON’T RUN AWAY
FROM
CHALLENGES
Anything you don’t dare to face today, will
dare to face you tomorrow. Anything you
don’t deal with today may deal with you
tomorrow. Anyone who runs away from
today’s challenge is just postponing his fight,
and of course his victory. Champions are not
born, they are made.
Challenges make champions. Challenges
actually are platforms that give recognition to
anyone who face them.
Every great person today had at one point or
the other faced challenges. Challenges are
opportunities for promotion in disguise.
Therefore, whenever you encounter a
particular challenge, rejoice. It has come to
announce your lifting. Challenges also have a
way of grooming you into a success. It
prepares you so that you can be ready for
the next level. Do not run away from your
challenges. Face them!!!!!!

PRIDE
Pride is a killer disease! It cuts short a man’s
destiny. It is subtle destruction, a costly
liability.
Every mortal man has the tendency to be
proud, but it manifests in several ways.
Anyone who believes that he/she is humble is
a custodian of pride. Those who possess
humility do not know that they have it. When
they do, they no longer have it.

These are all great individuals who were
highly successful and yet they all had they
same opinion regarding Pride.
It won’t be easy to change but once you
realise the pride factor in yourself, then your
change will progress.
With prayer, worship, fasting and a humble
heart, pride will begin to fall.
Remember, Pride goes before a fall. Have a

PRAYERFULNESS
Prayer is one of the greatest privileges we
have as Christians. It gives us access to God’s
very thrones. Prayer brings you as a child of
God to the heart of God. It is a conversation.
It is communion between God and human
beings.
Prayers is very needful. It is important to
pray all the time. That old saying, goes like
this: “A prayer less Christian is a powerless
Christian”. Jesus, God in human flesh, prayed.
If there was one person who needed not to
pray, it should be Jesus Christ. But here we
can see our Lord and Master pray, and if
Jesus prayed, we must also do same.
There are a number of things, however, that
can hinder prayers from being answered. Sin
is number one hindrance; disobedience is
another. Unforgiveness, unbelief and pride all
constitute arch-obstacles to answered prayer.
Be a prayerful Christian today.
Prayer Holy Spirit, Please help me to have a
better prayer life. I love you Lord. Amen

IF YOU ARE
THOUGHTFUL,
YOU WILL BE
THANKFUL
A wise man once said ; “It is only a great fool
that will not be grateful”. #FACT. Gratitude
takes a man to high altitude. An ingrate
cannot be great. God is good all the time and
there is no badness in him at all. He is a good
God.
Think about all he has done for you this year.
Take a few minutes right now, get a sheet of
paper, and begin to write down those things
God has done for you since the beginning of
this year. Having done that, take few minutes
more to think of what He has done for you.
By the time you are through I am very sure
that you will have a lot of praise points. God
is good!
This is my advise for this day. Dedicate the
whole of today to thanking God for everything
you can remember he has done for you. He
deserves all our thanks.

FOCUS
A sense of focus puts a man on the pedestal
of relevance when others are in total
obscurity. Those who have focus are great
achievers. A sense of focus rides far above
distractions. Focus is discipline. It is the ability
to fix one’s mind on a particular thing or
somethings for a long period of time,
achieving the desired result. A man of focus is
not easily moved, no matter the situation.
Focus helps one’s vision. This is one of the
great strengths of an eagle. It has the power
of sight. But in additional to that it has focus.
That is why it can wait on a spot for long on
purpose. A man of focus sometimes can be
slow in acting, but once he acts, the result
surpasses those who have gone ahead. Focus
is power. Live a life of focus
